When I originally posted this, I had meant for that “years in the making” remark to be humorous, and not become actuality.  However, while the websites linked here have gotten my time and attention, it totally slipped my mind to come back here to update this one. The most important one to get operational at this time is “Texas Victory Garden” but I’ll get this one going either at the same time or as soon as I can break away from TVG.
